摘 要：全民健身服务作为我国增强人民体质、提高全民健康水平、加快体育强国建设的重要基石，在面对人民群众日益多元化、个性化的健身服务需求时逐渐出现供求失调问题，新质生产力嵌入有助于促进全民健身服务供给提质增效。据此，立足于新质生产力助力全民健身服务场景质量升级内在机理，着重审视其阻滞壁垒。研究认为：全民健身服务场景质量升级应从“技术+设施”均衡驱动服务场景供需均等化，助力物理服务场景需求精准感知；“指导+组织”双核深化全民健身服务场景培育基础，助推社会服务场景需求精准识别；“健身+信息”统筹加速服务场景数据集成共享，助力电子服务场景需求精准监测。

The internal mechanism and realization pathway of quality upgrade for the national fitness service scenario with the help of new quality productivity

Abstract: National fitness, as an important cornerstone of China's efforts to enhance people's physique, improve the health level of the whole people, and accelerate the construction of a leading sporting nation, has gradually showing the problem of "supply and demand imbalance" emerging in the face of the people's increasingly diversified and personalized demand for fitness services, but the embed with new quality productivity is conducive to promote the improvement of quality and increase of effect for service supply of nation fitness . Based on this, based on the internal mechanism of the new quality productivity to help the quality upgrade of the national fitness service scenario, the blocking barriers are primarily examined. The research believes that the quality upgrade of national fitness service scenarios should drive the equalization of supply and demand of service scenarios from the balance of "technology + facilities", and help the accurate perception of the demand of physical service scenarios; the dual-core of "guidance + organization" deepens the foundation for the cultivation of national fitness service scenarios, and promotes the accurate identification of the needs of social service scenarios; the "fitness + information" coordinates and accelerates the integration and sharing of data in service scenarios, and help precise monitor of digital service scenario demand.
