粤港澳大湾区民族传统体育赛事全球化发展的优势、挑战及策略

摘      要：运用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法探讨粤港澳大湾区民族传统体育赛事全球化发展的优势、挑战及策略。研究认为，粤港澳大湾区民族传统体育赛事全球化发展具有岭南精神和民族传统文化传承、政策支持和设施升级、“体育赛事+旅游”模式、国际交流与合作等优势；同时面临传统与现代化间的冲突、文化隔阂与推广不足、本土特色与国际化需求的规则标准差异、人才与资源配置失衡、本土情怀与国际需求间的平衡等挑战。为此，提出以新质生产力推动民族传统体育创新转型、实施赛事品牌重塑与增值、推进赛事规则与体系的现代化改革、优化跨国团队建设与市场营销、维持文化传承与跨界传播的平衡等五大策略。

Research on the globalization development of traditional ethnic sports events in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Advantages, challenges, and strategies

Abstract: By using the methods of literature, logic reasoning, this work explores the advantages, challenges, and strategies of the globalization development of traditional ethnic sports events in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The study holds that the globalization development of traditional ethnic sports events in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area contains the following advantages including Lingnan spirit and traditional ethnic cultural inheritance, policy support and facility upgrade, model integration of “sports events and tourism”, and the international communication and cooperation, and meanwhile, facing the following challenges such as conflicts between tradition and modernization, cultural gap and insufficient generalization, differences in rules and standards between domestic feature and international requirement, imbalanced configuration of talents and resource, and balance between domestic feelings and international needs. Given that, this article proposes five strategies that Promoting innovation and transformation of traditional ethnic sports by the new-quality productivity, performing the strategy of reshaping and value-added for events brand, advancing the modernization reform of events rules and system, optimizing the construction of cross-country teams and marketing strategies, and formulating the balanced strategy of cultural inheritance and cross-border communication.
