摘 要：数字体育是加快建设体育强国，拓展中国式体育现代化的重要引擎。采用问卷调查、实地调研和专家访谈等方法，对“十四五”时期我国数字体育建设的成就、阻滞因素及推进策略进行研判，为“十五五”时期我国数字体育发展提供前瞻性建议。研究认为，“十四五”时期我国数字体育建设基础逐步完善，数字体育“支撑力”提升；业务体系融合深化，数字体育“革新力”凸显；组织体系成效显著，数字体育“保障力”加强。当前，数字体育发展仍面临顶层设计不足、要素价值释放不够、创新动力不强、标准体系仍需完善、安全环境有待提升、创新人才支撑不足等多种制约因素。面向“十五五”，应统筹布局数字体育框架，完善数据资源体系、创新数字技术应用场景、加强标准制度保障、筑牢数字安全屏障、夯实数字人才根基，多措并举推动数字体育高质量发展。

Situation analysis and promotion strategy of construction on digital sports inChinaduring the 15th Five-Year Plan period

Abstract: Digital sports is an important engine of accelerating building a leading sporting nation and expanding Chinese sports modernization. By using the methods of questionnaire survey, field research and expert interviews, this paper studies and judges the achievements, obstacles and promotion strategies of digital sports construction inChinaduring the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, and then provides forward-looking suggestions for the development of Chinese digital sports during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. The study finds that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the foundation of Chinese digital sports construction has been gradually improved, the support for digital sports has been improved, the integration of business systems has been deepened, the “innovation power” of digital sports has been highlighted, the organizational system has achieved remarkable results, and the “security power” of digital sports has been strengthened. However, the current development of digital sports is still facing multiple restrictive factors such as insufficient top-level design, insufficient release of factor value, weak innovation momentum, the need to improve the standard system, the need to improve the security environment, and insufficient support for innovative talents. Given that, facing the “15th Five-Year Plan”, the digital sports framework should be comprehensively laid out, including the data resource system should be continuously improved, the application scenarios of digital technology should be innovated, the standard system should be strengthened, the digital security barrier should be built, and the foundation of digital talents should be consolidated, so as to promote the high-quality development of digital sports through multiple measures.
