摘 要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，对学校体育数字化转型中的“数字利维坦”桎梏展开理论剖析。研究认为，学校体育数字化转型中的“数字利维坦”呈现生物数据识别越界渗透、身体技能评价标准掣肘、运动话语权结构性重置、体育师生技术依赖加剧的桎梏。学校体育数字化转型中的“数字利维坦”的桎梏成因在于技术突进与边界模糊、管理偏倚与权力扩张、适应困境与依赖掣肘、环境压力与价值失衡。基于此，建议以确立技术边界与应用规范、平衡技术应用与人文关怀、增强技术素养与自主能力、调整政策导向与价值认知为抓手，协同消解学校体育数字化转型中的“数字利维坦”桎梏。

The shackles of the “Digital Leviathan” in the digital transformation of school physical education and its dissolution

Abstract: By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this study analyses the shackles of “digital leviathan” in the digital transformation of school physical education in theoretical layer. This study concludes that the “digital leviathan” in the digital transformation of school physical education is characterized by the shackles of transgressive penetration of biometric data, constraints on physical skill evaluation standards, structural reset of sports discourse, and increased technological dependence of physical education teachers and students. This study finds that the causes of the shackles of “digital leviathan” in the digital transformation of school physical education lie in technological advancement and boundary blurring, managerial bias and power expansion, adaptive dilemmas and dependency constraints, and environmental pressures and value imbalance. Based on those above, it’s suggested to establish technical boundaries and application norms, balance technical application and humanistic care, enhance technical literacy and autonomy, and adjust policy orientation and value perception as the starting points to eliminate the shackles of “digital leviathan” in the digital transformation of school physical education in a concerted manner.
