摘 要：采用定性分析和量化研究相结合的混合研究方法，包括深度访谈、Colaizzi七步分析、量表测试等，研究中国“三大球”本土教练员领导行为在团队层面的影响因素，分析其构成、测量及对教练员领导行为的影响效力。样本涵盖中国“三大球”职业队、青少年队、大学生高水平队等各层面运动队，其中初测运动员326名、再测1 071名。研究表明：(1)中国“三大球”本土教练员领导行为团队层面的影响因素涵盖组织赋权、师徒关系、球队目标、权力距离、球队氛围5个维度，体现中国文化特征和运动项目特点；(2)编制的中国“三大球”本土教练员领导行为团队层面的5个影响因素测量量表共含有15个测量条目，具有较高的信效度；(3)团队层面影响因素对中国“三大球”本土教练员领导行为具有较强的解释力。

Research on influencing factors of leadership behavior for local coaches inChina's football, basketball, volleyball at the team layer

Abstract: A mixed research method combining qualitative analysis and quantitative research was adopted, including in-depth interviews, Colaizzi seven step analysis, and scale testing. The study is to investigate the influencing factors of leadership behavior of local coaches inChina's football, basketball, volleyball at the team level, and also to analyze their composition, measurement, and effectiveness in influencing coach leadership behavior. The sample covers various levels of sports teams inChina, including professional teams, youth teams, and high-level university teams. Among them, 326 athletes were initially tested and 1 071 were retested later. The research holds that: (1) The influencing factors of leadership behavior of local coaches in China's football, basketball, volleyball at the team level cover five dimensions such as organizational empowerment, master-apprentice relationships, team goals, power distance, and team atmosphere, reflecting the characteristics of Chinese culture and sports events. (2) The five influencing factors of measurement scale for the leadership behavior of local coaches in the football, basketball, volleyball inChinadeveloped at the team level, contains a total of 15 measurement items and also has higher reliability and validity. (3) The influencing factors from team level have strong explanatory power for the leadership behavior of local coaches inChina's football, basketball, volleyball.
