摘 要：采用文献调研、历史分析、逻辑分析等研究方法，对残疾人竞技体育发展的历史进程、演进特征及经验启示进行探讨。研究认为：残疾人竞技体育在区域性赛事中因势而生、在国际运动会中日臻完善、在全球盛会中和合共生，呈现出竞技目标与价值同步提升、竞技环境与组织动态跟进、竞技规模与项目逐渐扩容的演进特征。以个性化参与为模板，激活残疾人优势潜能；以污名化消解为导向，促进残疾人社会融入；以共生性社会为目标，构建包容型体育生态是残疾人竞技体育的历史经验启示。

Century glimpse, evolution features, and experience enlightenment for competitive sports with disabled persons

Abstract: The historical process, evolution features and experience and enlightenment of the development of competitive sports for disabled persons were studied using the methods of literature research, historical analysis, logical analysis. The study concludes that competitive sports for disabled persons have been born out of regional events, perfected in international games, and co-existed in global events, showing the following evolution features of simultaneous enhancement of athletic goals and values, dynamic follow-up of athletic environments and organizations, and gradual expansion of athletic scales and program. And the study also holds that activating the advantageous potentials of disabled persons with the template of personalized participation; promoting social integration of disabled persons with the orientation of stigma elimination; and constructing an inclusive sports ecosystem with the goal of a symbiotic society, will being a revelation of the historical experience and enlightenment of competitive sports for disabled persons.
