摘 要：探究“十四五”时期体育产业发展的现状，分析“十五五”时期体育产业发展的形势并提出建议。研究认为“十四五”时期，我国体育产业的规模不断提升，但仍不大；结构不断改善，但仍不优；市场主体不断增长，但仍不多；消费基础不断夯实，但仍不牢；经济贡献不断加大，但仍不足；吸纳就业不断扩大，但仍不强；体育创新要素愈发凸显，但体育产业领域新质生产力仍薄弱。“十五五”时期体育产业发展呈现出质量效益将显著提升、有效供给将不断扩大、现代体育产业体系将逐渐形成、科技将成为核心动能、供需将有效匹配、市场主体将不断壮大、数字化转型将不断加快等形势。鉴于此，提出强化体育产业政策落实、优化体育消费环境、增加各类生产要素供给、促进数字经济与体育产业融合、构建现代体育产业体系、推动体育产业创新发展、培养体育产业领域新质人才等“十五五”时期体育产业发展建议。

Analysis and suggestions on the development of Chinese sports industry during the 15th five year plan period

Abstract: Exploring the current situation of sports industry development during the 14th Five Year Plan period, this paper aims to analyze the situation of sports industry development during the 15th Five Year Plan period and then propose suggestions. Research suggests that during the 14th Five Year Plan period, the scale of China's sports industry continued to increase, but it was still not large; the structure continues to improve, but it is still not optimal; the market entities are constantly growing, but still not many; the consumer base is constantly consolidating, but still not solid; the economic contribution continues to increase, but it is still insufficient; the absorption of employment continues to expand, but it is still not strong; the elements of sports innovation are becoming increasingly prominent, but the new quality productive forces in the sports industry is still weak. During the 15th Five Year Plan period, the development of the sports industry will show significant improvement in quality and efficiency, continuous expansion of effective supply, gradual formation of a modern sports industry system, technology becoming the core driving force, effective matching of supply and demand, continuous growth of market entities, and accelerated digital transformation. In view of this, the following suggestions have been proposed to strengthen the implementation of sports industry policies, optimize the sports consumption environment, increase the supply of various production factors, promote the integration of digital economy and sports industry, build a modern sports industry system, promote innovative development of sports industry, and also cultivate new quality talents in the field of sports industry during the "15th Five Year Plan" period.
