摘 要:强化数智技术精准嵌入,提高社区运动健康服务水平和居民疾病预防能力,是推动运动健康服务与数智技术深度融合,引领全民健身向全民健康转变的重要举措。采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,在厘清数智技术精准嵌入社区运动健康服务的内涵释义基础上,围绕精准识别、精准设计、精准整合、精准供给和精准评价5个层面,探讨数智技术精准嵌入社区运动健康服务的作用机理;并指出数智技术精准嵌入社区运动健康服务面临数据质量不高、技术适配性难题、平台整合困境、内容个性化短板和指标科学性欠缺等现实挑战。据此,提出推进路径:强化数智赋能全流程管控,加强社区运动健康服务数据精度;多措并举提升数智技术适配性,优化社区运动健康服务方案;多管齐下深化平台合作联动,助力社区运动健康资源高效整合;细分居民运动健康服务需求,提升社区运动健康服务供给水平;完善绩效评价指标体系,提高社区运动健康服务评估科学性。

Effect mechanism and promotion path of accurate embedding of digital technology into community sports and health service

Abstract: Strengthening the accurate embedding of digital technology, improving the level of community sports health service and residents' disease prevention ability, will be an important measure to promote the deep integration of sports health service and digital technology, and also lead the transformation of national fitness to national health. Based on the methods of literature and logical analysis, on the basis of clarifying the connotation and interpretation of the precise embedding of digital technology into community sports health services, the mechanism of precise embedding of digital technology into community sports health services is discussed from five aspects including accurate identification, accurate design, accurate integration, accurate supply and accurate evaluation. It also points out several realistic challenges such as the accurate embedding of digital intelligence technology into community sports health services faces some practical challenges, such as low data quality, technical adaptation problems, platform integration difficulties, short board of content personalization and lack of scientific indicators. Based on this, the paper puts forward the following promotion pathways: strengthening the whole process control of digital intelligence empowerment, and enhancing the data accuracy of community sports health service; multiple measures should be taken to improve the adaptability of digital intelligence technology and optimizing the community sports health service program; deepening the platform cooperation and linkage in a multi-pronged way to help the efficient integration of community sports and health resources; subdividing the residents' demand for sports health services and improving the supply level of community sports health services; and improving the performance evaluation index system and also improving the scientific evaluation of community sports health services.
