摘 要：民族传统体育推动中华民族共同体建设的机遇与挑战交织交融、同步激荡。研究从价值理路、作用机制两个方面阐析民族传统体育对铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有显著的正向价值，是铸牢中华民族共同体最基本、最深沉、最持久的力量。研究认为：当前民族传统体育文化铸牢中华民族共同体意识拥有国家战略引领共同行动、文化繁荣注入发展活力、健康需求拓宽现实场域、数字技术赋能共享形象等有利条件，但面临文化多样性与差异性的挑战、现代化与全球化的冲击、地域限制与经济条件的掣肘、海量信息致使共识性的弥散、传承体系与教育融合不够等各种风险，进而从聚合文化动力、整合有效资源、完善传承体系、加大科技赋能等4个方面提出了推进路径。

Chance and challenge: Practical reflections on traditional nation sports in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation

Abstract: The chance and challenge of promoting the construction of Chinese national community by traditional nation sports are intertwined and simultaneously surging. This study analyzes from the perspectives of value reasoning and action mechanism that traditional nation sports have significant positive value in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, and it is the most fundamental, profound and enduring force for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. The research suggests that the current traditional nation sports culture has rare favorable conditions for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation: national strategy leading to common action, cultural prosperity injecting development vitality, health demands broadening the practical field, and digital technology empowering shared images. However, various kinds of risks cannot be also underestimated: challenges from cultural diversity and differences, impacts from the modernization and globalization, constraints from regional limitations and economic conditions, the dispersion of consensus due to massive information, and the actual challenge of insufficient integration of the inheritance system and education. Therefore, the research proposes four promotion paths such as aggregating cultural momentum, integrating effective resources, improving the inheritance system, and enhancing scientific and technological empowerment.
