摘 要：采用文献资料法、实地调查法等研究方法，从“记忆－情感－认知”视角出发，对中国传统体育铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内在机理展开分析。研究认为：中华民族共同体意识表现为一种群体认同意识，包含身份认同、民族认同与国家认同三重递进维度。中国传统体育通过仪式性活动唤醒集体记忆，巩固共同体成员的身份认同；通过丰富多彩的交流活动构筑情感纽带，增强共同体成员的民族认同；通过爱国主义教育形塑认知，培育共同体成员的国家认同。在此基础上，提出中国传统体育在新时期的推进路径：以数字化技术推动传统体育集体记忆的进一步传递；以多民族参与的传统体育活动构建民族间的情感联结；以“家-校-社”联动助推传统体育形塑国家认知。

The intrinsic mechanism and advancement pathway of traditional Chinese sports in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation

Abstract: This study employs the method of documentary analysis and field investigation to analyze the intrinsic mechanism of traditional Chinese sports in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation from the perspective of "memory-emotion-cognition". The research indicates that a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation manifests as a collective identity consciousness, encompassing three progressive dimensions such as identity recognition, ethnic identity, and national identity. Traditional Chinese sports consolidate community members' identity recognition by reviving collective memory through ritual activities; establishing emotional bonds via diverse exchange activities to enhance ethnic identity; and shaping cognition through patriotic education to cultivate national identity. Building on those analyses mentioned above, the study proposes several advancement pathways for traditional Chinese sports in the new era: promoting the transmission of traditional sports cultural memory through digital technologies; fostering inter-ethnic emotional connections via multi-ethnic participatory traditional sports activities; and advancing the formation of national consciousness by a home-school-community collaborative mechanism in traditional sports.
