摘 要：体育饭圈暴力已成为影响体育事业现代化发展的重要因素，其持续外溢的负面效应对网络与社会秩序造成了冲击，亟待加强治理。研究发现体育饭圈暴力表现为现场暴力与网络暴力互生、粉丝暴力与其他主体暴力混同、集中爆发与日常极化共在、语言暴力与人格侵犯为主等4种外在表现形式，其形成的内在根由表现为饭圈与竞技体育追逐胜利的底层逻辑相符、法治约束效力不足、资本力量的滋养以及网络媒介加速粉丝认同4个方面。基于此，治理体育饭圈暴力，应充分发挥法治、自治与德治的协同作用，完善法律体系以有效回应体育暴力新问题，发挥体育组织自我约束和自我管理能力，引导体育粉丝形成理性的体育伦理信念。

The realistic manifestations, generation logic and governance paths for the violence from sports fan circles

Abstract: Violence in the sports fan circle has become an important factor to affect the modernized development for sports, and its continuous spillover negative effects have impacted the network and social order, which urgently needs to be strengthened governance. The study finds that violence in the sports fan circle manifesting itself in four external manifestations such as inter-generating on-site violence and network violence, mixing fan violence with violence from other subjects, coexisting in concentrated outbreaks and daily polarization, and dominated by verbal violence and personality infringement, and its formation of the internal causes for four aspects including the fan circle is in line with the underlying logic of the pursuit of victory in athletics, the effectiveness of the rule of law is insufficient, the nourishment of the power of capital, and the network media to accelerate the identification of the fans. Based on this, the synergistic effect of the rule of law, autonomy and morality should be brought into full play in the management of violence in the sports fan circles, and the legal system should be improved to effectively respond to the new problems of sports violence, and the self-restraint and self-management ability of sports organizations should be brought into full play, and the fans should be also guided to form a rational ethical conviction in sports.
