摘 要：体育饭圈乱象屡屡引发争议，已成为影响我国体育事业健康发展的重大风险因素。从理论与实践维度探究体育饭圈乱象的社会表达与社会治理手段。研究认为：体育饭圈乱象的社会表达主要呈现在资本逻辑下体育的泛娱乐化发展、流量至上导向下媒介信息的片面化传播以及乌合之众效应下粉丝情绪的极端化倾向等方面。基于此，将新时代我国社会治理实践中的“三治”融合治理思想融入体育饭圈乱象治理工作中，治理体育饭圈乱象应当以自治为基，激发体育饭圈治理内生动力；以法治为本，提升体育饭圈治理法制化水平；以德治为先，铸就新时代体育饭圈治理之魂。

Theoretical research and practical path on chaos governance for sports fan circles

Abstract: The chaos in sports fan circles has repeatedly caused controversy, and has become a major risk factor affecting the healthy development of my country's sports industry. This paper explores the social expression and social governance of the chaos in sports fan circles from the dimensions of theory and practice, and then believes that the social expression of the chaos in sports fan circles is mainly manifested in the pan-entertainment development of sports under the logic of capital, the one-sided dissemination of media information under the guidance of traffic supremacy, and the extreme tendency of fans' emotions under the mob effect. Based on this, taking the integrated governance thought of the three governance in my country's social governance practice in the new era into the governance of the chaos in sports fan circles. The governance of the chaos in sports fan circles should be based on self-governance to stimulate the endogenous driving force of sports fan circle governance; based on the rule of law, improving the level of legalization of sports fan circles governance; and also taking moral governance as the first priority to forge the soul of sports fan circles governance in the new era.
