摘 要：国家竞技观演进的趋势将由近代“强种观”到当代“争光观”，至未来的“天下观”。它将为推进国家体育战略由“强种战略”转向“强国战略”，向往“大同战略”提供了思想依据。其演进的历史背景是前提条件，学界认知是定性基础，社会需求是内生力来源，国家意志是定向主导。竞技天下观是“顺天、夺标、为民”的生态体育思想。其中，中华和谐思想与奥运和谐理念的融合是依据，是根基；“顺天夺标”是前提，遵循的是自然法则，是“大道”；“夺标为民”是本质，守护的是社会规则，是“大德”；三者合一，是国人竞技思想升华、核心竞争力的聚集。创立竞技天下观，培育体育英才，提升国家竞技的境界，能够减少天人对抗，处理好发展与安全的关系，为建设体育强国、维护世界体育秩序做贡献。

The evolution of the national competitive view: The strong race view, the glory view, and the world view

Abstract: The evolution trend of the national competitive view has been displayed from the modern "strong race view" to the contemporary "glory view," and also towards the future "world vieww’, and which will provide a basis for promoting the shift of the national sports strategy from "strong race strategy" to "strong nation strategy" and aspiring towards the "great harmony strategy." The historical background of its evolution would be the precondition, academic recognition would be the qualitative foundation, social demand would be the endogenous power, and the national willing would be the directional dominance. The competitive world view is an ecological sports ideology of "adapting to nature", "achieving excellence", and "serving the people". Of that, he integration of Chinese harmony thought and the Olympic harmony concept is the main basis. "Adapting to nature and achieving excellence" is the premise, and also conforming to the natural way, which is also the “great way”. "Achieving excellence for serving the people" is the essence, which guards for social regulations, and is also the "great virtue". The integration of the three is the awakening of human athletic spirit, the sublimation of thoughts, and the gathering of core competitiveness. Establishing the competitive world view, developing sports talents, and elevating the realm and pattern of national competitiveness, would reduce confrontation with nature and conflicts within society, handling the relationship between development and security, which would be beneficial to construct the sporting leading nation and to maintain the world sports order as the contribution.
