摘 要：基于党的二十大的背景，促进学校体育高质量发展是积极推进体育强国建设与健康中国战略的应有之义。从加快推进体育强国建设、构建高质量教育体系、培养高素质时代新人3方面探究当下推动学校体育高质量发展的重大意义，从思想、理论、实践与保障4方面构建学校体育高质量发展“四大体系”。“四大体系”的构成要素彼此相对独立，又相互联系，形成逻辑严密的科学体系：思想体系是学校体育高质量发展的“灯塔”，理论体系是“根基”，实践体系是“阵地”，保障体系是“磐石”。研究学校体育高质量发展“四大体系”，对推动新时代强国建设、人才培养发挥重要作用。

Research on the "four major systems" for the high-quality development
of school physical education

Abstract: Based on the backdrop of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promoting the high-quality development of school physical education is an essential part of actively promoting the construction of physical education powerhouse and the Healthy China strategy. This article investigates the significant meaning of promoting high-quality development of school physical education from three aspects: accelerating the construction of a leading sporting nation, building a high-quality education system, and cultivating high-quality talents for the present time, and also constructs the "four major systems" for the high-quality development of school physical education from four aspects: ideology, theory, practice, and guarantee. The constituent elements of the “Four Major Systems” are relatively independent and interconnected, forming a logically rigorous scientific system. That is, the ideological system is the "beacon" for the high-quality development of school physical education, the theoretical system being the "foundation", the practical system being the "position", and the guarantee system being the "massive rock". The study of the “four major systems” for the high-quality development of school physical education plays an important role in promoting the construction of a strong country and talent cultivation in the new era.
