体教融合背景下传统武术传承人培养的问题审视及推进路径

      要:培养手艺人,何愁“守艺人”,解决好传承人培养问题是推动传统武术现代化传承的迫切需求。通过文献研究、田野反思等以非遗保护纳入体教融合政策为逻辑起点,审视传统武术传承人的培养困境,构建培养体系,并提出推进路径。研究认为传统武术传承人培养纳入现代教育体系是中国式“体”与“教”融合的探索,是教育理性的回归。而面对传承人培养存在制度贯通不畅、资源转换受阻和育人协同离散的困境,应构建活态化的人才培养链和以“师资+课程+平台”为保障的融合互嵌的育人体系;并提出构建引导性协同机制为引领,打造“双循环”育人渠道为主线,彰显系统化课程育人的要素支撑,以建设高质量师资与平台为保障,践行规范化考评机制为牵引的推进路径。

Examination on issues and advancement paths of inheritors cultivation for traditional Wushu in the context of integration of sports and education

Abstract: Cultivating craftsmen, why worry about the "keeper", and solving the problem of training the inheritors is to promote urgent needs for the modernization heritage of traditional Wushu. Through the methods of literature research and field reflection, the study takes the integration of non-heritage protection into the policy of integration of sports and education as the logical starting point, and examines the predicaments of training traditional Wushu inheritors, building the proper training system and putting forward the corresponding promotion paths. The study concludes that the incorporation of training traditional Wushu inheritors into the modern education system is an exploration of the integration of "sports" and "education" in the Chinese style, and also a return to the rationality of education. In the face of the predicaments including poor system integration, obstruction of resource conversion, and dispersion of educator coordination in the course of cultivating inheritors, this study has proposed the following promotion paths, such as constructing a living talent cultivation chain, and an interlocking nurturing system guaranteed by "teachers + courses + platform"; and also proposing establishing a guiding synergistic mechanism as the lead, creating a "double-cycle" nurturing channel as the main line, highlighting the elemental support of systematic curricular nurturing, building and strengthening high-quality teachers and platforms as the guarantee, and practicing a standardized evaluation mechanism as the traction.
