Abstract: Using the methods of literature and logical deduction, this paper grasps the time-varying pattern of China's the integration development of physical education and health by quantifying the number and strength of policies in different years, and divides it into three stages of physical education and medical combining, physical education and medical integration, and physical education and health integration; analyzing the community model, hospital model and physical fitness monitoring center model of the integration of physical education and health, and getting a glimpse of the main existence of imperfect top-level design, inadequate safeguard measures. It is propose to improve the top-level design, to grasp the direction of the integration development of physical education and health; to put measures in place to ensure the healthy development of the integration of physical education and health; to carry out innovation-driven development, and to empower the integration of physical education and health so as to improve quality and increase efficiency; to share the resources from physical education and health, to maximize the effectiveness of health governance, and to guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of the integration of physical education and health, so that promotes the construction of healthy and powerful China.
