(1.四川师范大学 体育学院,四川 成都 610101;2.成都体育学院 研究生院,四川 成都 610041) 摘 要:采用扎根理论、逻辑分析等方法,梳理全国 21 位“以体树人”杰出校长的访谈资料, 探讨校长体育品行的核心特质与现实价值。研究认为,校长体育品行的核心特质包括完整的学校 体育育人“认知观”、卓越的学校体育治理“领导力”和科学的学校体育改革“工作法”,并体现 了促进学生全面发展、转变教师育人观念、丰富校园文化环境和筑牢民族复兴伟业等现实价值。 在深化新时代学校体育改革下,要让校长在职业培训中完善个人体育品行、在榜样学习中借鉴他 人体育品行、在政策落实中规范自身体育品行。 关 键 词:学校体育;体育品行;校长;扎根理论 中图分类号:G807 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2023)01-0130-07 |

(1.School of Physical Education,Sichuan Normal University,Chengdu 610101,China; 2.Graduate School,Chengdu Sport University,Chengdu 610041,China) Abstract: Based on the grounded theory and logical analysis, this paper combs the interview data of 21 outstanding headmasters in China, in order to explore the core characteristics and realistic value of their physical education conduct. The study suggests that the core characteristics for headmasters’ physical education conduct including full of school sports education concept of "cognitive", excellent school sports governance "leadership", and "execution of work" of school physical education reform and science, and then reflecting the students' all-round development, changing the concept of teacher education, enriching the campus cultural environment, and build a national rejuvenation of great practical value. In the new time of deepening school physical education reform, it is necessary to let headmasters perfect their personal physical education conduct in vocational training, learn from others' physical education conduct in example learning, and then standardize their own physical education conduct in policy implementation.
