Measures, challenges, and countermeasures of the newly revised sports law to promote the high-quality development for students’ physical health test in China WANG Minghua，ZHANG Qiangfeng

Abstract:The new revised Sports Law of the People's Republic ofChina(hereinafter referred to as the newly revised sports law) has opened a new chapter in comprehensively promoting the rule of law in physical education, which has important theoretical significance and guiding value in promoting the high-quality development of students' physical health test inChina. Using the methods of literature, logical reasoning, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, this paper explains the specific measures taken by the newly revised sports law to help the high-quality development of students' physical health test inChina, and analyzes the probable challenges faced by us, and puts forward measures to deal with the challenges. The research show that the new Sports Law will help the high-quality development of students' physical health test in China by enhancing the application value of students' physical health test, improving the implementation form of students' physical health test, and intensifying the security of students' physical health test in China, but the physical health test of students in China has been still facing the challenges such as the difficulty in eliminating the idea of non-compliance, the urgent requirement to reconcile the differences between policies and regulations, and the difficulty in maintaining fairness in education and teaching assessment. Given that, it is necessary to adopt the following measures of coordinating the difference between laws and regulations, improving the supervision and evaluation system, optimizing the testing and evaluation methods, and taking into account the needs of special groups, so as to creating a better guarantee of the rule of law for the high-quality development of students' physical health test in China.
