Abstract: The Beijing Winter Olympics is a major landmark event with the meaning of representing an important historical node of the country, and the people’s nature is the most distinctive theoretical character of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and it is also the theoretical basis and ideological guide for running the Beijing Winter Olympics. The people's nature of the Beijing Winter Olympics originates from the fundamental purpose of the Communist Party of China, and also originated from the ideological system and development needs of the Olympic movement. The practice of the people's nature of the Beijing Winter Olympics is mainly reflected in the four dimensions of the games: the purpose of holding the competition is for the people, the main body of the host insists on relying on the people, the results of the competition are shared by the people, and the process of holding the competition adheres to the logic of people's democratic operation in the whole process. The people's nature of the Beijing Winter Olympics shows the following features in the specific practice: adhering to the mission concept of people's subjectivity, leading the world to "work together for the future", taking the concept of "green, sharing, openness and integrity" as the core connotation, building a community with a shared future for mankind with the Beijing Winter Olympic Games as the axis, and providing Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for countries around the world to host the Olympic Games in the future, which embodies important worldwide significance.
