Sports intangible cultural heritage in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area under coordinated protection of rule of law FENG Zehua

Abstract: Sports intangible cultural heritage is not only the important witness that proving Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao have the same root, but also precious resource for those three places to jointly build a humanistic and vigorous bay area. Starting from the logical premise of the protection of sports intangible cultural heritage, straighten out the institutional guarantee of the balance of interests of all parties, and make clear the value guidance of good business environment, those can systematically prove the institutional rationality of the cooperation of the rule of law on the protection of sports intangible cultural heritage in Greater Bay Area. At present, the collaborative legal protection of sports intangible cultural heritage in Greater Bay Area is facing the dilemma of uncoordinated rule of law under the administrative region and imperfect top-level legal system. Greater Bay Area should first establish the concept of collaborative protection of the rule of law, and then gradually promote the construction of regional planning system, norm supply system, administrative coordination system and diversified dispute resolution mechanism in order to realize active protection of the whole chain of sports intangible cultural heritage.
