(郑州大学 体育学院(校本部)，河南 郑州 450001) 摘 要：体育课程思政，是为完成“立德树人”根本任务，充分发挥体育课程教学的德育功能与价值引领，把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观渗透于体育课程建设、体育课程实施和体育课程资源开发等各环节、全过程。通过文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法，剖析了体育课程思政的内容、特点、难点与价值引领。研究认为：要使社会主义核心价值观成为全体师生的精神公理，就要把体育价值引领融入体育课程思政建设，更要遵循掌握大学生群体成长成才的规律和乐于接受体育课程思政教育的特点，科学挖掘体育课程教学中的思政元素，努力耕耘体育价值引领的肥沃土壤，营造大学生群体适宜的学习锻炼情境；全面推进高校体育课程思政建设，就要寓体育价值引领贯穿于体育知识技能传授和体育能力培养的全过程，引导帮助大学生逐步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。 |

Through the methods of literature review, logical reasoning and so on, this paper deeply analyzes the connotation, characteristics, difficulties and value guidance of Ideological and political education in physical education curriculum. In order to make the socialist core values become the spiritual axiom of all teachers and students, it is necessary to integrate the physical education value guidance into the ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum. It is also necessary to follow the law of college students' growth and success and the characteristics of being willing to accept the ideological and political education of physical education curriculum, scientifically excavate the ideological and political elements in physical education curriculum teaching, and assiduously cultivate the fertile soil of physical education value guidance and create suitable learning and exercise situation for college students.
