从德尔加多入籍看外籍运动员归化的民族身份认同

摘      要：随着我国试点归化外籍运动员工作的逐步开展，有关归化球员的各种争议也日益增多。归化作为一种国籍取得方式，在程序上涉及法律，在实质上涉及到民族确定与身份认同等问题，并由此分化为国籍归化与民族归化两种不同形式。国籍归化对应的国家认同与民族归化对应的民族认同在相当程度上的分离，会导致民众对归化球员产生强烈的排斥情绪，这在德尔加多归化一事上有着突出表现，而解决这一认同难题则需要在观念与制度的双重层面上进行综合考量。

Abstract: With the gradual development of pilot foreign athlete naturalization in China, there are ever increasing controversies of all sorts about naturalized athletes. As a way of nationality acquisition, naturalization involves law in terms of procedure, and such issues as nation identification and identity in terms of nature, and is therefore di-vided into such two different forms as nationality naturalization and nation naturalization. The separation between nationality naturalization corresponding to country identity and nation naturalization corresponding to nation iden-tity will result in people’s strong feelings of rejection toward naturalized athletes, which was shown prominently in the Delgado naturalization incident. While solving this identity difficulty requires comprehensive considerations in terms of such two aspects as conception and institution.
