摘 要：体育领域歧视现象无时不在，无处不在。体育歧视类型多样，既有身体、性别、年龄等自然意义上的歧视，也有民族、宗教、种族、政治等带有社会属性的歧视。体育歧视的本质是一种差别对待，源自于基于距离而产生的认识偏差。偏见与傲慢是体育歧视的心理动因和外在表现。体育歧视产生有其心理、历史文化和政治经济根源，因而体育歧视兼具自然和社会属性。体育歧视根本上违背体育之公平精神，并且已经对体育肌体造成多重伤害，需要借助文化塑造、制度建设和法律规制的力量予以消解。

Sports discrimination is type diversified, including physical, gender and age discrimination in terms of natural meaning, also including ethnic, re-ligious, racial and political discrimination in terms of social attribute. The nature of sports discrimination is a kind of differential treatment, which originates from the cognitive bias based on distance. Bias and arrogance are the psy-chological motivation and extrinsic expression of sports discrimination. The production of sports discrimination has its psychological, historical cultural and political economical roots; therefore, sports discrimination has both natural and social attributes. Fundamentally, sports discrimination violates the spirit of sports fairness, and has caused mul-tiple injuries to the sports body, needs to be eliminated with the help of the forces of cultural establishment, system construction and legal regulation.
