大型体育场馆资产证券化过程中的风险管理

摘      要：基于风险管理理论，采用文献资料、层次分析、调研访谈等方法，对大型体育场馆资产证券化过程中的风险管理进行研究，探讨大型体育场馆资产证券化的可行性和现实基础，分析场馆存在的信用风险、环境风险、资金风险，提出强化场馆资产证券化风险管理的对策。期望通过资产证券化的风险管理，帮助大型体育场馆走出融资困境，优化场馆资源配置，切实提高大型体育场馆的发展水平。

Abstract: Based on the risk management theory, by using methods such as literature study, hierarchy analysis as well as survey and interview, the authors studied the risk management in the process of asset securitization of large sports venues, analyzed the feasibility and realistic basis of asset securitization of large sports venues, as well as the credit risk, environmental risk and capital risks existing in the venues, and put forward countermeasures and sugges-tions for intensifying the risk management of venue asset securitization. The authors hope to help large sports ven-ues get out of the financing predicament through the risk management of asset securitization, optimize venue re-source configuration, and practically improve large sports venue development performance.
