（1.山东科技大学 体育学院，山东 青岛 266590；2.闽南师范大学 体育学院，福建 漳州 363000） 摘 要：在顶层设计、区域变迁、空间变革、人群结构变化的影响下，村改居社区体育迎来发展新契机，但实践中依然存在居民健身意识与行为不匹配，差异化明显，居民健身效果不理想，主动需求与供给矛盾突出等问题。归结其原因，主要与基层治理主体重组、社区空间变革、网络关系复杂化、居民认同危机、体育自营能力不足、网络负效应增强等因素有关。建议：厘清治理边界，推进村改居社区体育网格化治理；激发居民体育潜意识，扭转居民传统体育认知；促使村改居社区居民身份认同，实现社区体育供需分层；深挖地区资源，谋划社区体育自营发展格局；鼓励社区体育与社会力量接轨，共创社区体育新局面。

（1.School of Physical Education，Shandong University of Science and Technology，Qingdao 266590，China；2.School of Physical Education，Minnan Normal University，Zhangzhou 363000，China) Abstract: Under the influence of t top-level design depth, region transformation, space reform and population structure changing, village remodeled residence community sports have ushered in a new opportunity for development, but in practice, they still have problems such as residents’ fitness awareness not matching with their behaviors, differentiation being obvious, resident fitness effect being not ideal, the contradiction between active demand and supply being prominent, etc. The causes for these problems are mainly related to such factors as grassroots governance subject re-grouping, community space reform, network relationship complication, resident recognition crisis, inadequate sports self-running ability, increasing network negative effect, etc. Suggestions: clarify governance boundaries, boost village remodeled residence community sports gridding governance; stimulate residents’ sports sub-consciousness, change residents’ traditional sports cognition; establish the identity recognition of residents in village remodeled residence communities, realize community sports supply and demand hierarchy; dig deep to find regional resources, plan com-munity sports self-running development structure; encourage community sports connection to social forces, create a new situation of community sports jointly.
