（1.郑州轻工业大学 党委办公室，河南 郑州 450002；2.郑州轻工业大学 体育学院，河南 郑州 450002） 摘 要：以习近平新时代关于体育的重要论述为指导，结合当前普通高校体育教学中存在的问题，运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，从改革新方向、新内涵、新措施等方面对高校体育教学改革实施进行探析。研究认为：习近平新时代关于体育的重要论述，不仅赋予了体育更多的社会期望和时代担当，充分展示了习近平新时代体育理念的人民性，是我国积极参与全球健康治理的举措，更是对马克思主义体育价值观的继承与完善，充分体现党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略，为当前我国体育事业快速发展奠定了基础，为我国普通高等院校体育教学改革指明方向。普通高校体育教学改革要在习近平“大健康观”思想指导下，努力提高改革的政治站位，深挖高校体育课程思政元素；聚焦“教会、勤练、常赛”，突出高校体育教学全面性与一体化；以“强基础、重内涵、补短板、定标准、建体系”为切入点，提升高校体育教学保障水平，努力形成注重全面、突出基础与特色、多元协同育人、科技创新助力的新时代普通高校体育教学新体系。 |

(1.Office of the Party Committee，Zhengzhou University of Light Industry，Zhengzhou 450002，China；2.School of Physical Education，Zhengzhou University of Light Industry，Zhengzhou 450002，China) Abstract: Using the method of literature and logical analysis, guided by Xi Jinping's important exposition on sports in the new era, combined with existing problems in current physical education teaching in universities, this paper probes into the implementation on reform of physical education teaching in universities from the aspect of new di-rection, new connotation and new measures. The research holds that Xi Jinping's important exposition on sports in the new era not only gives more social expectation and responsibilities of the times, fully demonstrating the peo-ple’s nature of Xi Jinping’s concept of sports in the new era and being a measure for china to actively participate in global health governance, but also inherits and improves sports values of Marxism, fully embodying new ideas, new thoughts and new strategies of the Party and the government to govern the country and administrate the politics, which lays the foundation for the rapid development of sports and points out the direction for the reform of physical education teaching in universities in China. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought of “Big Health Concept”, the reform of physical education teaching in universities should strive to improve the political position of the re-form, and to dig deep into the ideological and political elements of physical education courses in universities; fo-cusing on “acquiring well, diligently practicing, regularly competing”, in order to highlight comprehensiveness and integration of physical education teaching in universities; from the beginning of “strengthening foundation, empha-sizing connotation, fulfilling weakness, setting standards and building system”, improving the guarantee level of physical education teaching in universities, and striving for forming a new system of physical education teaching in universities in the new era, which pays attention to comprehensiveness, stressing the foundation and features, di-versely and collaboratively educating minds and offering the support by the innovation of science and technology. |
