“严出”之下高校体育课程改革的审视及推进路径

摘      要：分析高校体育课程“严出”取向的必要性，并梳理高校体育课程“严出”的内涵、制度依据及历史借鉴。研究认为，高校体育改革应加强高校体育课程“严出”的共识与利益协调；依托体育技能等级考核标准，严把技能“学会”关；强化课外体育锻炼过程性监测与考核，严把课外体育锻炼效果关；强化体育健康理论知识的传授，严把体育理论素养提升关；实施教考分离，强化“严考”机制；强化与完善高校体育课程“严出”的外在驱动力与执行机制。

Abstract: The authors analyzed the necessity of the strict graduation orientation of the university physical education curriculum, collated the connotation orientations, institutional bases and historical experiences of the strict gradua-tion orientation of the university physical education curriculum, and concluded that university physical education reform should strengthen the coordination of the consensus and interests of the strict graduation orientation of the university physical education curriculum, strictly control skill mastering according to sports skill level examination standards, intensify extracurricular physical exercise procedural monitoring and examination, strictly control extra-curricular physical exercise effects, intensity physical education and health theory knowledge lecturing, strictly con-trol physical education theory attainment improvement, implement teaching and examination separation, intensify the strict examination mechanism, intensify and perfect the external driving force and execution mechanism of the strict graduation orientation of the university physical education curriculum.
