| （湖南涉外经济学院 体育学院，湖南 长沙 410205） 摘 要：以马克思主义哲学的价值观和方法论为指导，运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的观点学习习近平关于体育发展的重要论述，才能实现理论与实践的高度统一。习近平关于体育发展论述的历史逻辑起于自身丰富的体育实践和价值认识、行于毛泽东等国家领导人体育思想的沿承、落于对当前国内外体育发展形势的科学判断，其内容包涵本体论、系统论、实践论、矛盾论和历史主体论等多维角度的价值意蕴，具有科学性与价值性统一、延续性与创造性统一、民族性与世界性统一的内在理路；在此基础上从学理层面理清了新时代习近平关于体育发展论述的历史贡献和时代启示，对当前中国体育改革和发展具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。 |

| （School of Physical Education，Hunan International Economics University，Changsha 410205，China) Abstract: A high degree of unification of theory and practice can be realized only if XI Jin-ping’s important exposi-tion of sports development is regarded by using the value view and methodology of Marxist philosophy as guidance, and by applying historical materialist and dialectical materialist views. The historical logic of XI Jinping’s exposi-tion of sports development originated from his abundant sports practice and value cognition, developed in the in-heritance of sports thoughts of state leaders such as MAO Ze-dong, and ended up with scientific judgment on sports development situations at home and abroad, its contents contain value connotations of multiple perspectives such as ontology, system theory, practice theory, contradiction theory, and historical subjectivity theory, having the intrinsic approaches to the unification of science nature and value nature, the unification of continuity and creativity, the uni-fication and national nature and international nature; on such a basis, the author clarified the historical contribution and time enlightenment of XI Jinping’s exposition of sports development in the new era, which have important theoretical value and practical significance for current Chinese sports reform and development. |
