| （1.首都体育学院，北京 1001911；2.大连大学 体育学院，辽宁 大连 116622） 摘 要：对当前全国青少年校园足球特色学校建设中一些问题进行了探讨。首先介绍了特色学校名称的来源，是在定点学校的基础上，随教育特性而改称的。其次对校园足球特色学校的概念进行了提炼，并做出了5点解释。再次对特色学校的遴选基本条件、原则和过程简要做了介绍，说明特色学校命名来之不易，指出目前特色学校占比达10.21%，但高中、初中、小学之比远没达到预想。最后在分析特色学校遴选目标、定位和任务的基础上，提出了建设特色学校的主要工作：一是加强理论学习，充分理解中国足球改革发展的顶层设计；二是特色学校务须做到有特色；三是加强组织领导，校长是特色学校质量建设的第一责任人；四是以足球为先导，加强体育条件建设；五是保证全体学生体育时间，开展足球教学工作；六是积极营造足球文化，培育足球的魂和根；七是在开展足球科学训练上狠下功夫；八是建立健全校内外足球竞赛制度，加强规则教育。 |

Firstly, the authors gave an introduction to the origin of the designation of featured school: it is a designation renamed according to education characteristics, based on designated school. Secondly, the authors re-fined the concept of campus football featured school, and gave 5 explanations. Thirdly, the authors gave an brief intro-duction to the basic conditions, principles and processes for screening a featured school, explained that the designation of featured school is a hard-earned designation, pointed out that currently the percentage of featured schools is 10.21%, but the percentages of featured schools in high schools, junior high schools and elementary schools are far short of ex-pectations. Lastly, on the basis of analyzing the goals, orientation and tasks for featured school screening, the authors put forward the following main jobs for constructing a featured school: 1) strengthen theory study, fully understand the top-level design of Chinese football reform and development; 2) featured schools must have features; 3) strengthen or-ganization and leadership, the principal is the first person responsible for featured school quality construction; 4) strengthen sports condition construction by giving priority to football; 5) ensure the sports times of all the students, de-velop football teaching work; 6) actively build football culture, cultivate football soul and root; 7) work hard on devel-oping scientific training; 8) build complete on-and-off campus football competition systems, strengthen rule education. |
