| （1.广东药科大学 体育部，广东 广州 510006；2.华南师范大学 体育科学学院，广东 广州 510006） 摘 要：广东省群众篮球已形成一种较成熟的发展模式，获得了社会的广泛认可。群众篮球“广东模式”具有纵向三级竞赛体系、城市群横向商业联动、粤港澳合作、“互联网+”办赛等基本特征。根据公共治理理论，群众篮球“广东模式”的形成主要归因于政府的基础支持、市场的大力投入和社会群体的主动参与，三方在充分发挥自身优势情况下，通过共同治理从而形成了良性的发展动力机制。 |

Guangdong mass basketball is able to combine with many advantages and epochal characteristics of the province, and provided with such basic characteristics as a longitudinal three-level competition system, busi-ness interaction between urban agglomerations, cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, “Internet +” competition management, etc. According to the public governance theory, “Guangdong mode” formation is mainly attributed to the government’s infrastructure support, the market’s tremendous input and the social groups’ initiative participation; under the condition of fully exerting respective advantages, these three parties have formed a good development power mechanism via co-governance. |
