（1.广州体育学院 休闲体育与管理学院，广东 广州 510500；2.湖南工业大学 体育学院，湖南 株洲 412000；3.湘南学院 体育学院，湖南 郴州 423043） 摘 要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析对改革开放以来我国体育社团的角色变迁进行回顾，并分析其在变迁过程中存在的问题，提出社会治理视角下体育社团角色建构的对策。研究认为，改革开放40年来我国体育社团的角色变迁经历了由“被管理者”到“合作者”再到“自由人”的转变，变迁过程既是中国政治变革的缩影，也是中国民主进步和社会繁荣的体现。角色变迁过程中，体育社团存在参与社会治理角色不清、角色距离和舞台缺失等问题。充分发挥体育社团在参与社会治理中的作用，政府应该为体育社团角色扮演搭建“舞台”，社会要着力构建体育社团参与社会治理长效支持系统，体育社团自身也要加强角色学习，增强角色扮演意识，提高社会治理能力。 |

The authors drew the following conclusions: in the 40 years of reform and opening, the role changing of sports as-sociations in China went through the rule changing from “the managed” to “the partner” and to “the freeman”, the process of changing was China’s political transformation in miniature, also the embodiment of China’s democratic progress and social prosperity; in the process of role changing, sports associations had problems such as the unclear role in participating in social governance, the missing of role distance and stage, etc; for fully exerting sports asso-ciations’ role in participating in social governance, the government should build a “stage” for sports associations to play their role, society should strive to build a long-term effective system to support sports associations participating in social governance, sports associations themselves should strengthen role learning, enhance role playing aware-ness, and improve social governance ability. |
