(1.江西师范大学 体育学院,江西 南昌 330022;2.井冈山大学 体育学院,江西 吉安 343000) 摘 要:对美国颁布《美国人身体活动指南第2版(2018)》的修订背景与意义、结构与亮点、要求与内容及步骤与计划进行分析。结合我国全民健身实际情况,得出4点启示:(1)转变理念,以“体医融合”发展理念引领全民健身;(2)分类指导,由“健全人群”向“特殊人群”覆盖;(3)量化标准,提供可操作性的身体活动计划;(4)协同发展,构建联动的全民健身锻炼环境。 |

(1.School of Physical Education,Jiangxi Normal University,Nanchang 330022,China;2.School of Physical Education,Jinggangshan University,Ji’an 343000,China) Abstract: The authors analyzed the American Physical Activity Guide 2nd Edition (2018) in terms of revision back-ground and significance, structures and highlights, requirements and contents, as well as procedures and plans, and de-rived 4 inspirations according to the actual circumstances of national fitness in China: 1) changing the conception, guiding national fitness by using such a development conception as “exercise and medicine fusion”; 2) classification guidance, extending the coverage from “normal people” to “special people”; 3) quantifying the standards, providing operable physical activity plans; 4) coordinated development, building a linked national fitness exercise environment. |
