| （1.华东师范大学 体育与健康学院，上海 200241；2.上海对外经贸大学 体育部，上海 201620） 摘 要：大学体育俱乐部是学生体育学练的重要平台，但教育管理层面的现实瓶颈限制了其育人价值的发挥。通过对大学课外体育俱乐部进行课程化管理，可以在实践层面缓解课堂教学压力，激发有基础学生的体育再学习兴趣，调动教师工作积极性。课程化管理的大学体育俱乐部以追求强健为目标，在健身效果上优于体育课堂；以联赛平台为主要内容，更能培养学生团队概念、体悟输赢与成败的不同内涵和勇于挑战、全力以赴的体育精神。课程化管理的大学体育俱乐部在身体与精神层面的核心教育价值之外，在综合能力培养、校园文化氛围和竞技人才储备方面还具有衍生的育人价值。 |

Carrying out cur-riculum like management on a university extracurricular sports club can, at the practice level, relieve classroom teaching pressure, arouse the sports relearning interest of students with good bases, and motivate the working enthusiasm of teach-ers. A university sports club managed like a curriculum is better than a physical education classroom in terms of fitness ef-fect, because it bases the objective on pursuing strongness, and is more able to cultivate students’ team concept, experience of different connotations of winning or losing and success or failure, and such sports spirit as daring to challenge and mak-ing all-out efforts, because it bases main contents on the league platform. A university sports club managed like a curricu-lum has derivative people education value in terms of comprehensive ability cultivation, campus cultural atmosphere and competitive talent reserve, besides having core education value at the body and spirit levels. |
