| （1.华东师范大学 体育与健康学院，上海 200241；2.上海高校“立德树人”人文社会科学重点研究基地体育教育教学研究基地，上海 200241；3.青少年体育教育研究上海市社会科学创新研究基地，上海 200241） 摘 要：从培养理念与目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设以及学生实践能力培养4个方面对英国伯明翰大学职前体育教师“本硕一体化”培养模式进行剖释，以期推动我国职前体育教师本硕连读，从而培养高层次的体育教师。研究表明：英国伯明翰大学职前体育教师培养通过丰富的学术体验，着力于培养具备优秀体育专业素养的研究型人才；课程设置注重进阶性，提升学生专业水平；丰富学生的学术体验，培养学生研究能力；着力学生教学实践，夯实学生教学能力；教师队伍整体实力雄厚，是该专业培养优秀体育教育人才的基石；给予学生大量的时间和机会，以积累学生教学及科研的实践经验。对我国职前体育教师培养的启示：制定契合国家政策的培养目标；培养观念从“运动技能”转向“教师教育”；整合本硕阶段冗余的课程；形成错位培养的培养方式；注重研究能力的培养。 |

| （1.School of Physical Education and Health，East China Normal University，Shanghai 200241，China；2.Research Base of Physical Education and Teaching in Shanghai “Lide Shuren” Key Research Base of Humanity and Social Science，Shanghai 200241，China；3.Research Base of Shanghai Social Science Innovation of Youth Physical Education，Shanghai 200241，China) Abstract: The authors dissected the mode of “undergraduate and master integrated” cultivation of pre-service physical education (PE) teachers at the University of Birmingham in Britain (UBB) in such 4 aspects as cultivation conception and objectives, curriculum setup, teaching team construction and student practical ability cultivation, so as to boost the undergraduate and master integrated education of pre-service PE teachers in China, thus to cultivate high caliber PE teachers. The authors revealed the following findings: by means of various academic experience, the cultivation of pre-service PE teachers at the UBB focuses on cultivating research type talents provided with excel-lent PE professional attainments; curriculum setup values stepped advancement, improves students’ professional performance, enriches students’ academic experience, cultivates students’ research ability, focuses on students’ teaching practice, solidifies students’ teaching ability; the teacher team has powerful overall strength, is the founda-tion stone for the major to cultivate excellent PE talents, gives the student a lot of time and opportunities, so as to accumulate students’ teaching and scientific research practice experience. Inspirations to PE teacher cultivation in China are as follows: establish cultivation objectives that fit national policies; change the cultivation conception from “sports skills” to “teacher education”; integrate redundant courses in undergraduate and master stages; form the cultivation mode of malposed cultivation; value the cultivation of students’ research ability. |
