体育教师的职业特性及其对体育教师专业化的启示

摘      要:从体育教学活动发生条件看,体育教师的职业特性主要表现为:职业对象的复杂性与能动性,职业目的的教育性与健康性,职业内容操作性与个体性,职业手段的“身体工具性”与生成性,职业场景的开放性与不确定性。同时以这些特性为立足点,对体育教师专业化进行思考,认为体育教师专业化不仅是个体素质专业化,而且是职业走向专业化。

Physical education teachers’ occupational characteristics and their inspirations to physical education teacher professionalization

Abstract: From the perspective of physical education teaching activity occurring conditions, physical education teachers’ occupational characteristics mainly show as follows: occupational objects’ complexity and motivation, occupational purposes’ education and health nature, occupational contents’ operability and individuality, occupa-tional means’ “body instrumentality” and generativity, occupational scenes’ openness and uncertainty. In the mean time, based on these characteristics, the authors rethought physical education teacher professionalization, and put forward several inspirations for promoting physical education teacher professionalization, such as that physical education teacher professionalization not only is individual quality professionalization, but also should go from oc-cupation to professionalization, etc.
