The authors believed that in the new period athlete cultivation in China should focus on life, survival and living education, and that athletes can adapt to social competition only when they have realized life value and had various survival skills, put forward a “life education and skill consciousness” combined competitive sports talent cultivation mode, and advocated the fu-sion of the ideology of “life education” with the conception of “skill consciousness”, and their application in athlete training and living, so as to cultivate athletes into application type talents who know about happy life, social adap-tion and comprehensive development in the new era. |
