| （山东大学 体育学院，山东 济南 250061） 摘 要：在全民健身国家战略背景下，通过研究全民健身公共服务标准化的意义，探索全民健身公共服务标准化的范围，并从公共服务活动逻辑和要素两个层面，分别对全民健身公共服务标准类型进行划分，提出标准化工作的基本要求，最后指出应重点依托国家政策法规，健全组织机构，强化服务认证管理优化，推行人力资源战略管理，加强标准宣传、制定与实施以及评估监督机制，完善信息化服务平台等主要保障措施。 |
