| （1.Department of Physical Education，Bengbu College，Bengbu 233030，China；2.School of Law，Anhui University of Finance & Economics，Bengbu 233030，China) Abstract: The authors summarized causes for current anomie in college physical education work in China in terms of the weakening of the original value of physical education, the marginalization of physical education needs, the misun-derstanding of the subject of physical education, the deficiency of existing physical education policies, and poor execu-tion etc. Based on the launch of Basic Standard for College Physical Education Work, the authors analyzed that such a standard has a positive effect on the current development of college physical education work in China, and in their opinion, universities should deal nicely with relationships between common objectives and individual characteristics, school constraints and institutional norms, macroscopic condition and microscopy condition, etc, assist the smooth im-plementation of the standard, and practically boost the orderly development of college physical education work. |
