| （1.浙江工业大学 体育科研所，浙江 杭州 310014；2.上海体育学院 武术学院，上海 200438） 摘 要：为彻底解决学校武术普及教育应该采用哪类教学内容的问题，重点对普通高校武术选项课进行教学改革实践。通过在浙江工业大学10余年的探索，验证武术选项课教育“淡化套路、突出方法、强调应用”的改革思想，更符合目前普通高校武术课的具体实际。在对整个教学改革过程进行反思的基础上，提出“普通高校武术选项课教学内容应选取简单直接、便于应用的技术，并将开放型的学生两两对抗作为主要课堂练习形式”的建议。 |

Through their 10 years of exploration in Zhejiang University of Technology, the authors verified that such a reform idea as “weakening routines, highlighting methods, emphasizing applications” is more conforming to the specific reality of regular college Wushu elective course today. Based on their introspection of the entire teaching reform process, the authors put forward the following suggestions: techniques which are simple, direct and easy to apply should be selected as regular college Wushu elective course teaching contents; the one on one competition between two open type students should be adopted as the main form of classroom practice. |
