| （山东大学 体育学院，山东 济南 250061） 摘 要：从我国体育用品行业实际出发，对我国体育用品产学研合作创新活动过程的知识产权风险类型以及潜在致因进行分析。研究表明：体育用品产学研合作创新的知识产权风险包括法制、技术信息和市场信息3种类型；政府部门、体育用品企业、高校、研究机构、体育运动队以及中介机构是影响知识产权最终分配的关键主体，主体间类型差异与职能差异是形成知识产权风险的根本致因；合作研发项目形成发展分为5个阶段，不同阶段特征是引起知识产权风险类型转化、改变知识产权风险发生强度的影响因素。加强体育用品行业复合型创新人才培养、完善知识产权保障制度、做好合作契约的动态化管理是规避体育用品产学研合作创新知识产权风险发生的重要举措。 |

| （School of Physical Educational，Shandong University，Jinan 250061，China) Abstract: Based on the reality of the sports goods industry in China, the author analyzed the types and potential causes of intellectual property risks in the process of cooperation and innovation in sports goods production and re-search in China, and revealed the following findings: intellectual property risks in cooperation and innovation in sports goods production and research include such 3 types as legal system, technical information and market infor-mation; sports goods enterprises, universities, research institutes, sports teams and agencies are key subjects which affect the ultimate distribution of intellectual properties, type differences and function differences between the sub-jects are fundamental causes for forming intellectual property risks; the formation and development of cooperative development projects are divided into 5 stages, characteristics at different stages are affecting factors which cause the transformation of the types of intellectual property risks and change the intensity of occurrence of intellectual property risks. Strengthening the cultivation of complex innovation talents for the sports goods industry, perfecting the intellectual property assurance system, and properly carrying out the dynamic management of cooperation con-tracts, are important measures for avoiding the occurrence of intellectual property risks in cooperation and innova-tion in sports goods production and research. |
