| （广州体育学院 小球教研室，广东 广州 510500） 摘 要：棒球运动退出奥运会给棒球运动在世界范围的发展带来了严峻的挑战，广东棒球运动也面临着发展方向的选择。为了借鉴台湾地区棒垒球运动开展的成功经验，以便取长补短，促进广东地区棒垒球运动的发展，对粤、台两地棒球运动发展历程、开展现状进行对比分析。通过对比看到：广东棒球运动群众基础薄弱，场地建设不足，资金短缺，组织管理制度、竞赛制度、人才培养制度不完善，远远落后于台湾地区。借鉴台湾棒球的发展经验，辨证地看待棒球运动退出奥运会给广东棒球运动带来的影响，借助现有条件，以高校棒球运动发展作为关键点，给广东的棒球运动发展带来机遇。 |

| （Teaching and Reseach Department of Ball，Guangzhou Sport University，Guangzhou 510500，China) Abstract: Baseball exiting the Olympic Games has brought serious challenges to baseball development worldwide, while Guangdong baseball faces a choice of its development direction. In order to learning something beneficial from Taiwan’s experience of success in baseball development, and to boost baseball development in Guangdong, the author carried out a comparative analysis on the courses and current situations of baseball development in Guang-dong and Taiwan, and via comparison revealed that with a weak mass foundation, inadequate field construction, fund shortage, as well as incomplete organization and management system, competition system and talent cultiva-tion system, Guangdong baseball had fallen far behind Taiwan. Opportunities should be brought to baseball devel-opment in Guangdong by learning from the experience of baseball development in Taiwan, dialectically looking at the influence brought to Guangdong baseball by baseball exiting the Olympic Games, utilizing existing conditions, and basing the key on university baseball development. |
