(中国教育科学研究院 体卫艺教育研究中心,北京 100088) 摘 要:从党的十八届三中全会提出的“强化体育课”切入,重点探讨体育教学质量的内涵、影响因素以及评价要素等相关问题,试图理清与体育教学质量及质量评价易混淆的概念。体育教学质量,是体育教学效果的综合体现,主要由反映学生学习效果的各目标要素集合而成,指向的是教学结果,而非过程。体育教学质量评价不等同于体育教学评价、体育教学质量影响因素不同于体育教学评价要素。提高体育教学质量可以从“全、新、实”等方面入手,并要充分考虑体育教学质量提高的相对性。 |

(Education Research Center of Physical Education and Sanitation and Art,National Institute of Educational Sciences,Beijing 100088,China) Abstract: Starting with “strengthening physical education lessons” put forward by the 3rd plenary session of the 18th conference of the Communist Party of China, the author focused on probing into physical education teaching quality connotation, affecting factor and evaluation factor related issues, tried to clarify such concepts as physical education teaching quality and physical education teaching quality evaluation which tend to be mixed up. Physical education teaching quality is the comprehensive embodiment of physical education teaching effects, mainly composed of various objective factors which reflect students’ learning effects, referring to teaching results rather than teaching processes. Physical education teaching quality evaluation is not equal to physical education teaching evaluation; physical education teaching quality affecting factors differ from physical education teaching evaluation factors. En-hancing physical education teaching quality can be started with aspects characterized by “comprehensive, new, real” etc, and the relativity of physical education teaching quality improvement should be fully considered. |
