Enhancing the quality and efficiency of sports public service supply is the behavior target of the government purchasing sports public services; governments at all levels and sports admini-stration departments are the responsible subjects of sports public service purchasing, enterprises, sports social or-ganizations and sport undertaking units are the supply subjects of sports public service purchasing, sports consumers are the service objects of government purchase; quasi sports public services are the main behavior objects of gov-ernment purchase; the behavior manners of the government purchasing sports public services mainly include such manners as subcontracting system, direct funding system and project applying system etc. |
