The author studied QIU Jin’s martial ideology based on such clues as her anthologies of literature, poetry, classic poems, songs and letters, and put forward the following opinions: the formation of QIU Jin’s martial patriotic ideology had its profound social, cultural and personal causes; her martial patriotic ideology clearly showed such distinct characteristics as epochal, advanced, creative, personalized etc, having produced an important historical effect on the modern national democratic revolution, the women’s liberation movement, military talent cultivation, education reform and Wushu development. |
