| （1.四川大学 经济学院，四川 成都 610065；2.成都体育学院 经济管理系，四川 成都 610041） 摘 要：我国体育产业发展在产业结构、产业机制、产业政策、产业布局和产业统计等方面存在问题。研究认为：(1)我国体育产业结构当前是合理的，应大力促进体育产业结构的高级化；(2)当前我国体育产业的主导产业是体育用品业，而非体育竞赛表演业和体育健身休闲业；(3)我国体育产业的管理体制机制应是内部放松体育部门的政府管制，外部加强体育部门与相关产业部门的政府主导；(4)“四分开”是中国体育产业当前最重要的制度改革原则；(5)国家体育产业基地应是一种主要以生活性服务业为总体定位的体育产业功能区；(6)当前应加强体育产业政策的有效实施和出台后续配套政策；(7)应积极研发我国“体育卫星账户”统计系统。 |

| （1.School of Economics，Sichuan University，Chengdu 610065，China；2.Department of Economics and Management，Chengdu Sport University，Chengdu 610041，China） Abstract: There are problems in five aspects in the rapid development of the sport industry in China today, which spe-cifically show in such aspects as industrial structure, industrial mechanism, industrial policy, industrial layout and in-dustrial statistics. For these problems, the author put forward the following opinions: 1) the structure of the sport indus-try in China today is rational, hence the development of the structure of the sport industry to a higher level should be vigorously boosted; 2) the leading industry of the sport industry in China today is sports goods industry, but not sports competitive performance industry or sports fitness leisure industry; 3) the management system/mechanism of the sport industry in China should be internally easing governmental control over the sport industry, externally strengthening governmental guidance to sport departments and relevant industrial departments; 4) “four-separation” is the most im-portant system reform principle for the sports industry in China today; 5) national sport industrial base should be a sport industrial functional zone that bases its overall orientation on living related service industries; 6) at present, the effective implementation of sport industrial policies and the launching of follow-up matching policies should be strengthened; 7) the “sports satellite account” statistical system in China should be actively developed. |
