| （1.西南科技大学 体育学科部，四川 绵阳 621010；2.绵阳市奥林匹克体育学校，四川 绵阳 621000） 摘 要：我国基层体育后备人才培养面临招不来、出不去的现状。提出“初中布点、高中集中、大学对接”的体育后备人才培养模式并在绵阳市进行实践检验。结果表明：该模式是可行并富有成效的，“初中布点”拓宽了后备人才来源；“高中集中”整合了资源，实现优势互补，提高了人才培养质量；“大学对接”解决了未进入高水平专业队的参训学生上大学难的问题，同时也化解了竞技体育低成才率与高淘汰率的矛盾。 |

The authors put forward such a mode of cultivation of sports backup talents as “deployment at middle school, centralization at high school, conjunction at college” and tested it in prac-tice. The result indicated the followings: this strategy is feasible and quite effective; deployment at middle school expanded the sources of backup talent; centralization at high school integrated resources, realized advantage com-plementation, enhanced talent cultivation; conjunction at college solved the problem that trained students who failed to enter into a high performance professional team have difficulty going to college, and resolved the conflict be-tween the low success rate and high elimination rate of competitive sports talents. |
