| （天津体育学院 社会体育与管理系，天津 300381） 摘 要：对我国体育产业技术政策的概念及表现形态进行了初步探讨。研究认为，体育产业技术政策是对调控体育产业技术发展政策的总称。体育产业技术政策包括体育产业技术标准政策、体育产业技术开发政策、体育产业技术成果转化政策、体育产业知识产权政策、体育产业技术引进政策等。目前我国专门的体育产业技术政策数量极少，我国体育产业技术政策的表现形态主要体现在体育产业技术标准、技术开发、知识产权、技术规制、技术安全、技术规划等层面。 |

| （Mass Sports and Management Department，Tianjin University of Sport，Tianjin 300381，China） Abstract: The author preliminarily probed into the concept and expression forms of technical policy for the sport industry in China, and put forward the following opinions: technical policy for the sport industry is the general term of policies for regulating the technical development of the sports industry. Technical policies for the sport industry include technical standard policies for the sport industry, technical development policies for the sport industry, poli-cies for the transformation of technical achievements in the sport industry, intellectual property policies for the sport industry, policies for introducing technologies into the sport industry. There are few dedicated technical policies for the sport industry in China today; the expression forms of technical policies for the sport industry in China mainly embody in technical standards, technical development, intellectual property, technical regulations, technical safety and technical planning of the sport industry. |
