| （School of Physical Education，Langfang Normal University，Langfang 065000，China） Abstract: JIRANG was originated a long long time ago, evolved a generation by another, named differently, devel-oped in various forms, from the ancient “PAOTOU” “FEITOU” “DAWA” “DAGA” and “DABA” etc. to the mod-ern “DAWAER”, “CHUWAER”, “DACHOU”, “DACAI”, “DAHUANGDI”, “CHONGDAIZI” and “FEITOU” etc. played in various regions. JIRANG is provided with such characteristics as folk, inheritable, and collective, as well as cultural value, fitness value and entertainment value. The author proposed to inherit JIRANG by means of estab-lishing a perfected education mechanism, building a harmonious sports cultural environment, and innovating inher-iting modes. |
