| （山东大学威海分校 法学院，山东 威海 264209） 摘 要：体育法律责任是体育违法行为人所应承担的刑事、民事及行政责任。现行《体育法》在体育法律责任主体设定上存在缺失，在体育法律责任的设定依据上存在着不对应和不协调，在立法技术上缺少规范。因此《体育法》的修改应是一种全面的修改，需要在法律义务体系、法律责任构成、立法技术等方面进行全面的构建，并要确保与相关部门法的统一与协调。 |

In the current Sport Law, there are some defects in terms of the enactment of the subjects of sports legal liabilities, a lack of correspondence and harmony in terms of the criteria for the enactment of sport legal liabilities, and a lack of standardization in terms of legislation technology. Therefore, the revision of the Sport Law should be a comprehensive revision, needs to be carried out comprehensively in terms of the constitution of legal obligation system, legal liability and legislation technology, and should be kept consistent and harmonious with re-lated department laws. |
