| （中央财经大学 体育经济与管理学院，北京 100081） 摘 要：首先介绍洛克的财产权劳动理论，指出财产权是神圣不可侵犯的，每个人对自己的劳动享有所有权，而只有劳动才是产生财产权的根本原因。体育赛事转播权是运动员、教练员、裁判员、俱乐部和协会等共同劳动、协调作用的产物，理应受法律保护。最后对几个比较容易产生困惑的问题进行了解读，全面论述了体育赛事转播权的正当性问题。 |

| （School of Sport Economics and Management，Central University of Finance and Economics，Beijing 100081，China） Abstract: Firstly the author introduced Locke’s labor theory on property rights, pointed out that property rights are inviolable, everybody has proprietary rights to their own labor, and only labor is the fundamental cause for the pro-duction of property rights. Sport game relay broadcasting rights are products of the joint labor and coordinating ef-forts of athletes, coaches, referees, clubs and associations, should certainly be protected by laws. Lastly, the author interpreted several issues that tend to produce confusions, and comprehensively expatiated on the issue of justifi-ability of sport game relay broadcasting rights. |
